Online Administration - Report a damaged or incomplete parcel
First of all, we apologise that, despite our careful packaging, your parcel was damaged or incomplete during delivery.
In the case of a damaged parcel, we can only claim compensation from the courier service if we are notified within 72 hours of receipt. Therefore, please check the integrity of your parcel after receipt, as we can only accept claims within 3 days.
In any case, please keep the damaged item, as we will be able to provide you with a replacement item after it has been dispatched.
In all cases, we will need photos of the packaging and the damaged product to process the notification.
