Online Administration - Cancel an order
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so in your customer account. To do this, log in to your profile and select the order you wish to cancel. You can initiate the cancellation by opening the order.
If you don't have a registered customer account, click on the "Automatic order confirmation" link in the subject line. You will find a link to your order in the mail, click on it to initiate the cancellation of the order.
In any case, we will send you a confirmation that the cancellation has been finalised.
Your order can be cancelled before your parcel has been delivered to the courier service, cancellation of your order after this time is not possible and will result in a payment obligation!
